8499... so many shots, I think it got a bit better still my exposure and the light look dark, slowly figuring that out. Their eye spots are so beautiful. I could nearly reach out and hold him but he is skittish and kept jumping lol if I tried to pick him up but just being so close to see all the lovely details....

I am sure you have some amazing native animals I have never seen in your country as well. This one is a common buckeye, its interesting to know some of the creatures I see everyday are rare to other's eyes

Thanks, without the flower there would be no butterfly

. They attract them and the butterflies sort of stay occupied sipping the nectar while I snap away
